Help Please

So my credit card got charged and I didn't pay for Spotify premium and I don't have premium. is there a way to cancel the transaction? please help

Hey there @huberjoe12, welcome to the community!

 

That's odd. Do you have another account on Spotify that you could have upgraded? If so, here's how you can find it: check the receipt Spotify send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.

 

There's also this support site article on how you can find your Spotify account.

 

If you don't have a Spotify account that you could have upgraded, I'd suggest getting in touch with a member of the Spotify staff so they can take a look backstage for you. You can do that in social media (Twitter or Facebook). Support gets back within a day or two.
