What is wrong, my boyfriend uses my Spotify. But it does not work? There are no playlists and only 30 sec of the music he wants to listen to ..? I have premium, and it should work! He did the reinstall but it still does not work .. It works on the iPad and my phone But not his ..

Thanks for coming to the Community for help.

Make sure that your boyfriend is logging in with your username and password. Also, keep in mind that you can only stream from one device at a time.

If he's still having issues, send us a screenshot of what he's seeing. Also, let us know what device, operating system and Spotify version he's running. 

We'll see what else we can suggest.
