Hi I got charged 2 times when i upgraded to Premium

What should I do? Is there an email where I can contact or what?

Hi there..I just renewed my premium account and got billed two times 9.99€. This is 20€! Something has gone wrong. Please solve this problem.

Hi Venidos & Sama2905- Welcome to the Community. 

 

I've just taken a look at both your accounts. The two charges you see are both linked to your Spotify account. It's likely that you accidentally pressed the subscription button twice.

But don't worry about having lost any payments. Our system has taken account of both payments and has extended your Premium subscription to two months. This means that you will not be charged again until July. 


However, if you had only intended to subscribe for one month just let us know via this handy contact form

Hi maruosch- I've just moved your post over to this more relevant thread. 

 

I can assure you both of those charges have gone to your Spotify account too. Therefore you won't be charged again for another two months.
