How Can I Get Live Customer Service from Spotify?

I desperately need to talk to a real live person regarding my boyfriend's Spotify account. He recently died very suddenly, and his device cannot be recovered. He was an amazing DJ and musician who had many custom made playlists that we cannot figure out how to gain access to in the absence of his device. 

Can someone please contact me about how we can access his Spotify Account and keep it intact and transfer payment of his account to his surviving family members? 

It would be devastating to all of us to lose the special playlists he made for us and the channels he crafted. It's all we have left of him.
