How can I change my address with family account?

Hi, through your Q&A section I found out that I need to cancel my family account subscription to change my address, I did and I waited my subscription to expire , but when I resubscribe to the family subscription ,there is still nowhere I can change my address , please help with this issue , I'm being charged already but I can't do the thing your Q&A section told me to do

Yes I did, and there is no place I can do that.

I'd suggest you'd get in touch with the Spotify support team. You can do this in a couple of different ways:

• Twitter (@spotifycares)
• Contact Form (support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support) - If you receive an email redirecting you back here, reply to it, even if the address says no-reply.
