How do I change to pay for a hole year instead of just one month?

When you go to your subscription page, you should see something like this: 

If no, you should cancel your current month-month subscription, if you have one, and wait till your Premium ends, then you`ll be able to re-subscribe again with this options.. 

If you`re interested, you can buy a gift card, and use it whenever you want! : )
