Hulu having trouble authorizing my Spotify account for Student Bundle.

I am trying to sign up (again) for the Hulu + Student Spotify subscription. I have been a Student Bundle  subscriber for only 3 months and during this past payment, I was charged $9.99 instead of the $4.99. So I reapplied for Student Bundle, but when I try to activate my new Hulu account I get this error, "We’re having trouble authorizing your account with Spotify. Please contact Spotify support to help resolve this issue."

I'm having the same problem. Is there a way I can contact someone about authorizing my account?
