I am stuck in the code screen

I am stuck in the code screen

When I try to login to my account on my Play Station it asks me to input a code but when I input the code my computer says you successfully paired your Spotify account but my T.V. screen is still stuck on the code screen

Thanks for posting in the Community!

We're not sure if we're getting right the situation you're facing. Are you still having issues with this screen and is the connection between your accounts actually in place? You can check what other apps and accounts have access to your Spotify profile in your overview page here under the Tab called "Apps".

 

If the above doesn't help, then give us some more info, screenshots or even better - a short video recording of what happens on your end. It will be of great help for us to be able to take a closer look and give you a better advice in the situation. Also please share with us the full specs (and version numbers) of the apps and devices you have involved in your current setup.
