I can NOT change the payment method. Please help

Hi guys

A few days ago I signed the Premium package putting a card number. after the 30 day trial, to try to make the collection had a problem with the card and so far I've been trying to change the payment method on my account page and I can not ... the following warning appears .. NOT SUPORTTED in the webpage already canceled the signature to try to do it again with the right card and nothing. I'm currently without a signature and unable to activate. Please help me.. The warning NOT disappears and I can NOT be a premium user again
