I can log in on my computer but I cannot log in on my phone

Please help. When I initally signed up I wanted the download option so I immidately signed up for Premium. I was still unable to download so I decided to log out and log back in.  Now I can't log back in on my phone. I even reset my password and it still doesn't work. Then I tried changing my password again and it say CSRK token is invalid.

I have always not bought in to this app but my friend recommended it to me.  This is a terrible first impression.  I can't even find a contact email or phone number for support.  I signed up for premium with my credit card and I can't even log in on my phone. This is extremely fustrating. If someone can help me please do. If not please cancel my account.
