I can’t change my email

I tried to change the email that is linked to my account but it wouldn’t let me because I already had an account with the email I want to change to, so I deleted the account with that email but it still won’t let me change the email.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

After closing the account, it will take 14-30 days for the email address to become available for sign-up again.
