I can't log in

My susscrption to spotifiy is  linked to my email alemartincha@web.de, when I susscribed I was living in Germany, but since some months ago I came back to home so my email was blocked, I don't remember my password but the system gives me the option to send a link to my email, but it's blocked!! my account is premium. How can I set a new password? how can I change my email (on spotify)?
