I got charged after cancelling twice

I got charged after cancelling twice

I cancelled my subscription to Spotify premium not once but twice a couple days before July 12, when it said I would be charged again for spotify premium. I cancelled it twice to make sure that it really was cancelled, but my bank statement says I was still charged for the service. What can I do and is there any way I can get the funds reversed?

Ugh, I just realized that when I pressed "cancel subscription" I stopped there and didn't enter my password to authorize using Facebook. Is there still any way I can reverse the funds?

I can't see if being an issue, but you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will take it from there. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
