As soon as your Spotify Premium subscription through Vodafone ends, your account will revert back to the Free plan and you'll be able to subscribe to Premium at https://spotify.com/premium or continue using the Free plan.

Having this issue now myself, having had Spotiify Premium for a few years as part of my 'Entertainment+' package with Vodafone. 

Premium stopped working yesterday, but they are insistent on still billing me for it, even though they have now withdraw  the offer mid-contract.

Am waiting for a call back from their supervisor, as they're obviously in breach of contract charging me for a service they were contractually obliged to supply for another few months. They won't even let me change plans without paying a cancellation fee!

Obvious breach of contract - I'll happily take them to court.
