Hello,

I'm sorry but the receipt is not valid, many fields are missing.

An invoice should have :

- customer name  (our name where it is billed to)

- When it was paid  (date of the paiement)

- Name of the Invoice Company ( spotify)

-Period range  eg February 2023

- date of the Invoice 

- VAT rate 

- PDF format which can be downloaded

It's not so complicated as many companies are fulfilling this demand.

The Spotify staff replied to me "We don't issue invoices with a VAT number.", and that's it!!
