I have cancelled my spotify account but I keep getting charged.

I have cancelled my spotify account but I keep getting charged.

I have talked to spotify before and they stopped charging for a couple of months but now they have charged me for the last two months.

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

Unfortunately billing issues still have to go to Spotify directly.

I suggest you submit (albeit again) an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can stop the transactions and make sure they don't start again.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

If you look at your receipts, did the subscription actually stop for a period? If so I would alert your bank or card issuers fraud team as if that is the case I would suspect someone else is using your card.
