I'm an artist and I don't manage my Artists Spotify account

Hello!

My question is: I already have 2 albums on Spotify, and I'm not sure who is managing my account (not my personal account, artist account).

So I would like to know if there is a mail which I can send my case to? The thing I want is that I can be the owner/manager of my artist account so I can get it verified, make playlists, upload photos, etc. 

Or do I have to make a new account and start from 0?
