I never signed up for this service

I never signed up for this service

I never signed up or authorized anyone to use my card n I have charges for this service. I want to make it stop n get my money back what do I do. Had to make an account now to try n fix this

If you didn't request this, I recommend contacting your bank to get a new card and cancel the other. 

 

After that, I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. With this anonymous online contact form, you can reach them without subscribing to / having access to a Spotify account or the email that was used to create that account.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email.
