I have been charged twice for the past three months.I only have one Spotify account.

 

What additional information do I need to provide so I can get refunded?

The best thing to do is contacting support.

To make your case run smoother, make sure you include in your message:

  • Date of birth
  • Zip Code
  • Last 4 digits of card / or details of what billing option got charged and amount

If you receive an automated email directing you to the community and/or help boards, make sure you reply directly to that email (even if it says it is no-reply) and an agent will get back to you as soon as possible.
