Issues Logging in with Premium Account / No access at alll

I've reached an impass with my spotify premium main account. Apparently its synched to my facebook account which has been deleted. According to spotify instructions they request i reactivate it, but facebook is not allowing me to reactivate that account for some reason. Since i cant access my account i cant cancel my premium subscription onto this new account and since spotify has no CS number i cant call them to request to cancel my premium. So im stuck paying for a premium account i cant access due to two companies having no CS number to simplify the process. 

TLDR: Assistance either granting access to my old account or cancelling my old spotify premium.
