Log in buttons not working

When opening the app on the iPhone 7, the login buttons do not respond. Screen shot of page attached. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, to no avail. I have also tried the work around of opening on safari and then moving it to the app, still does not work I just get a different log in screen that also does not respond. Also attached. Someone please help, this has been going on for weeks and is ridiculous for a paid service.
