I can not seem to log in to my I phone app despite resetting the password ? I apparently have two accounts one linked to Facebook how do I disable the account I no longer need? I’m paying for a service I can’t not use via vodaphone

If you think you have multiple accounts, we suggest you follow the steps listed here to find them.

Once you've taken care of that, try resetting your password again and logging into your account on different devices.
