I keep getting bumped to a “ready to use messages?” When trying to send a message. I can receive, but not send. Any suggestions how to move past this?

Hey @Skeetoid, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Can you let me know what happens when you try to send a message? Can you also try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps?

Thank you for your response.  When I try to hit the arrow to send a message, it just bumps me back to the “ready to use messages?” Page.  That page has no option to move forward.  I have an iphone.  I can try to uninstall as you suggested, but would love any other suggestions you have as well

And I do have the receive messages toggled to “on”

Thanks. You can try logging out > restart device > log back in first as that can force sync the account and app and can iron out some issues. If that doesn't work, can you please try the clean reinstall and let me know if that makes a difference?

 

If you're still having trouble, can you let me know the make and model of the device you're using?
