Meu spotify está tocando musicas sem minha autorização quando eu estou usando como se alguém estivesse as colocando, porém não divido minha conta com ninguém e são de vários artistas. Minha conta pode estar sendo hackeada? se sim o que eu faço?

Thanks for reaching out. I hope you don't mind me replying in English, since it's the official language in the Spotify Community. It's possible that someone else has gained access to your Spotify account. Just to be sure your account is secure, I'd recommend checking out this Support article for the next steps to take.

On another note, can you let me know if you're streaming music using a public wifi connection? Other devices connected to the same network might be streaming music in your device.

There could be two reasons for this. You could have the Enhance feature enabled, you could have Autoplay turned on, or your account may be hacked.

To recover a hacked account, follow these instructions.
