My Spotify Premium account appears to have been hacked.

Hello, so I hadn't used Spotify in quite some time, but I decided to go Premium again and start using it. I had no issues logging in a couple of days ago and I just noticed today that some music was being added to my "Songs" list that I did not add. When I looked at the connected devices tab for Spotify I could see my computer, my phone, and some device that I did not recognize.

I'm not sure how this would have happened but I cant seem to login to my account to change the password and the normal email I use for my accounts isn't the email receiving the password reset email. I'm not sure if the associated email with my account along with the password has been reset. Any help would be appreciated!
