My account is being hacked

hello,

i noticed (from my facebook timeline) that my account has been used the last week, and i have been travelling without any possibility of accessing internet.

In the past i might have looged on in spotify on my friends computer, but to avoid being piggy backed, i have changed my password many times.

Can you please help me by giving me the IP address of the people using my account and the ability to cut their ip address.

gmail does this for example. you can see the active session and revoke them.
