My college is not showing up! Rockland county community college

I have tried to send a form to spotify about my problems I have no gotten an email or anything back from them yet. When I first got the app I have them my credit card info thinking I already the student discount thing after the free trial and nope. So I tried subscribing for the student discount again, and this time it asks for what college I go to and I said rockland county community college. It doesn't show up. It's def a suny school and a New York State university. So I don't know why it's not working. I'm getting very frustrated with this whole thing. Why is there not a number I can call!?!?

Unfortunately if you cannot verify your elegibility on this page, it means your university isn't available for the student discount.

Not all universities are involved with the student verification by SheerId.
