My premium isn't working

I just bought spotify premium for 4.45€ and when I opened the app I couldn't do anything i was told air could. I can't listen in offline mode and I still hear commercials... So frustrating because I really don't know what to do and I've seen people talking so good about this app and I can't enjoy it although I payed for it. Please help!! I am going to travel in a couple of days and I really need this working. Also I don't know what's the 9.99€ a month.. ?

Spotify is great but, unless you receive a student discount, you subscribed to Unlimited and not Premium. Umlimited only benefits you on a PC and not on mobile devices. There's a chart here which may help.

You can upgrade your subscription to Premium here. The remaining days of unlimited will be converted to half that many days Premium.
