My spotify still isn't working HELP

I have paid for the upgrade and it said welcome to premium and I went to my spotify app and it STILL is not working! I have tried multiple times and am getting so frustrated! I teach kids yoga and can't have ads going off and even after I paid it is not working! I force quit the app and went back to try again and still no luck, ads still coming and I can't pick whatever song I want. Please help!!!

It might be possible that you're logging into a second account. We'd recommend checking this guide to find out if you have another Spotify account.
