NUS card invalid ?

I got my new NUS card today and spotify keeps saying it's invalid! 😞

I've tried using my card on other websites with no problems so no idea why it's not working here.

Really want to upgrade!

I'm in the same boat but with a card that was paid for last year for 2 years.
Contacted Spotify Customer service Thurday about it. So much for their CS being decent.

There are quite a few reports of issues with student discount lately. I would suggest if you haven't already done so you open a case with Spotify support here:

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
