NUS upgrade adverts

My flat mate and myself have both just purchased the NUS premium upgrade and are both still getting adverts.. how do we stop this? what is wrong...

Please ensure your account has been upgraded by going to http://spotify.com/uk/account/subscription and checking if it says Spotify Premium, if it does log out of the client and then log back in - you should no longer see ads.

If it doesn't say Spotify Premium, you should check to see if the payment has gone through - if it has, contact support using the Support Form, if not place your purchase again.
