Need to reset log in details. Can't access account

My son suddenly had spotify close on him. The email address he used to sign up is no longer active and he can't remember his pw. He is a user on our premium family account. We can set him up as a new user, but he doesn't want to lose all of his playlists. Any help out there is much appreciated. Thank you!!

Thanks for reaching out. If possible, I'd recommend trying to regain access to the email address linked to your son's account. If you don't remember the password and don't have access to the email, I'd recommend reaching out to Spotify's customer support team here. They might be able to help you further.
