No one will reply to my contact forms...3 times now

No one will reply to my contact forms...3 times now

I've been contacting spotify customer service multiple over the last few months and haven't had a single reply.

My problem is I logged out of premium 3 months ago which had all my playlists, then when I tried to log back in, I cannot reach premium even though I am still getting monthly charges and therefore also cant reach my playlists. I would like a refund for the last couple months and assistance in logging in. Please help!

I'm having the same problems.  My case has only been open for 4 days though, not months like yours.  Man I can't imagine how upset I would be if I waited for months without any reply.

 

My suggestion for you would be to open a dispute for the charges with your credit card company.  I'm about to do the same here soon if I cannot get any support from Spotify.

Same happened two me.
My account got closed, no email notification, no answer to my contact forms.
Still got charged for the premium account.

I hope you will improve working on your service system. Seems to be quite buggy to me...

I ended up sending a tweet to @Spotifycares and I received support right away and I'm back to using Spotify.  I would recommend you do the same.

I'm escalating these now so they don't get forgotten about. Support can be a little slower at the weekends so hang in there.
