Not getting premium

I found out by checking the community that I have a facebook account and an account that I log in with my username and password.

When I login to the account with username and password - it shows premium in the account area - but I can't use premium features.

When I login to the account through Facebook, it shows a free account - but same username.

How can this be fixed?

Solved.

Cancel the premium account - and then register again for it.
