Offer in Spain 0,99€ - why am I paying 9,99€?

I just upgraded my Spotify account, but I received the first bill at 9,99€, when the offer was 0,99€ the first three months. Why happened that?

In Mexico was the same **bleep**ing fail!! The banner said 3x$30 MXN (three months for thirty mexican pesos). My credit card don't says the same .... 1x$99 MXN

@alanreneruelas - I would suggest you take this up with the customer services team directly using the online contact form.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
