Over charging me

Over charging me

On January 20th I made my usual $9.99 payment. Then approximately February 5th I upgraded to the family plan and was charged another $14.99, even though I was paid up until February 20th. I could understand being charged the $4.99 difference. AND THEN February 20th you take ANOTHER $9.99. Refund my account or I will be taking my business to another music app and informing anyone I can. No way should I have had to pay Spotify $35 in a month. You also need to hire people that we can talk to on the phone. It's ridiculous that we can't talk to anyone when needed. I don't want another $14.99 coming out.of my account because YOUR SYSTEM IS BROKEN

I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
