Paid for premium but still nothing

Paid for premium but still nothing

Signed into my acount online on Saturday night (using the same username and password I always do when paying for premium) and paid with the same card detials I always use. It asked if I wanted a free 30-day trial, which is strange as I have had premium on and off for years, but went a long with it anyway.

 

Two days later though and still nothing.

 

Any ideas?

what does it say under account overview? does it still say free account or does it say premium?

Hi Jonny,

 

I have just had a quick look at your account and it seems that you have created and upgraded a duplicate account (hence the 30-day trial).  If you login using your Facebook details, you will get the Premium access.

 

Please contact our Support Team via this link and they will help you set jonny.hayes as the main account.  They will need your date of birth, postcode and payment method to help you.  In the meantime, you can either use the Premium service currently on your duplicate by logging in with FB details, or you can upgrade your main account (and then use the Premium) by logging in using your username and password - not your email address.

 

Please let me know your case ID and I will chase it up for you when I am back in the office.
