Password for device (Sonos) is not emailed

Password for device (Sonos) is not emailed



I requested a password for a device here:


The screen tells me there is a mail on it's way with a password but I never got it. Tried a few times the last days (and checked my spam box) but I think it's just broken.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they should be able to manually get that sent out to you. Sorry its a little bit of hassle, once you get set up you should be set! 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
