Password problem

Hi. I have been trying to log onto my account now for days. I tried changing the password and each time I do the page comes up saying form has expired?? With my phone plan I can have 1 of 2 things they offer so I picked spotify premium. Can anyone please help me

I can't change to a new password until I give you my old one. So if I knew my old one I wouldn't have to change it.so how do I get my old one
