Payment accepted first time, second time not

I began using Unlimited in early march. I live in Finland. I paid with my debit card that is "Verified by Visa". On the next payment the card was declined. I have tried many times, with no success. I asked my bank about this and was told that the fault is in Spotify's certificates. Could this problem be fixed over time?
