Payment failed

Payment failed

Hi, for some reason, no matter which card I use, Ive used 4 different cards, different accounts, one of which is my company card, all with funds available, I keep getting a failed payment message on the website when updating details.

nop, ive tried the other browser option and the other elements are all fine also

Alright, all you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. You can also use the online contact form on this website if you would prefer to communicate by email. They usually respond within 48 hours! 🙂
