I have the same problem and cant reach an actual person anywhere.  Very frustrating because i use the app all the time.  Its what i use for background music at my business.

That is odd. Let's try to troubleshoot it however 🙂

First of all, head over to subscribe here after clearing your browser's cache/cookies memory.  If that doesn't help, then try opening this link in an incognito or private window in your browser or, alternatively, trying in a different browser altogether.

 

If it persists, could you let me know if you see any error message?
