hi,

 

I started spotify premium sub last month and I paid with Klarna.

After that, I deleted my payment detail in my account and now I don't have any payment method.

 

So today is the day of my sub expiration and my premium account has already been extended til next month.

 

The problem is, I want to pay again with Klarna, but when I update my payment method in spotify account, it can't add Klarna. I don't want to pay extra money for late payment or anything. I checked my Klarna account and I still got no bills.

 

Anyone had the same problem and solved it yet? Please help!!

In this case, we recommend you to reach out to Klarna and see if they're the ones charging you. If they're not, contact us via email, Facebook or Twitter. This way, we'll be able to take a closer look at your account and see what happened there.

 

Let us know how it goes and if you have any other questions.

So klarna did send me an invoice for spotify now. But still nothing in my payment method section of my spotify account detail
