Payment occurred, But i i have cancelled my subscription

Payment occurred, But i i have cancelled my subscription

Hi, After the premium free month, i decides to cancel my subscription (i'm Going on holiday), only for this month.<br><br>Unfortunately, Spotify has taken the money, and the month started.<br><br>I tried to contact the Client Service, But without a response.<br><br>Can i have my money back ? Of at least change the Spotify Month to the next month !

When you got in touch with customer service, you will have gotten an automated email reply with a case number in the subject line. 

Can you post that case number here and I will ask someone to chase it up for you?

I've sent it to the italian client Service, i have to send it to the english one ?
