I need to Get in contact with support. 

My last payment didnt work, but the money is drawn from my bank occunt.

Hey there @Christinengstad, welcome to the community!

 

That sounds odd. Can you check your account page to see if your subscription was renewed in fact? Could the money that was withdrawn be a pending charge by your bank? In that case, the funds should get back to your accounts shortly. You can contact your bank directly to make sure that's the case.

 

If it's not any of these two, you can get in touch with a member of the Spotify staff so that they can take a look backstage for you by sending them a tweet or DM @SpotifyCares. They reply really fast 🙂

On the account page, it says that premium is paused because the payment didnt work. 

Its not a pending charge, it is withdrawn every month at the same date..

Hmm, that is odd. Can you try getting in touch with a member of the staff by using their Twitter handle, like I mentioned above? They should be able to help more 🙂
