Payments taken without my authorisation

Hello

 

I have now been charged £9.99 two months in a row when i dont even have a premium account. I signed up for a free trial but cancelled my account months ago and yet im still being charged. When i go to my account details on here i can clearly see that it says i have a free account and doesnt even recognise that there is any payment history. I want this sorted out and the money refunded back to me ASAP. This is not good enough and totally out of order. 

 

Please reply asap.

Tiff142 -  We can't sort out any payments issue in the Commuity, I'm afraid. Too many security details are needed. You'll need to contact our payments team here. They'll then get back to you as soon as possible.

I've tried that last month but all i get is an auto reply saying go to our community, and no actual person ever gets back to me. i sent another query about 20 mins ago, are you able to check and see if this has been received?

still havent heard anything, do you know how much longer they will be? I really need to get this sorted out. 

I have just found out that Spotify has been taking £9.99 out of my account without any authorisation for the past 9 months. this is an outrage. How can you start charging people without thier consent. I need to be refunded in full and I need to stop getting charged in the future.
