Playlists gone...

Hello,

A while ago i realized that i have been logged out from spotify on my iphone and on my mac. I didn't remember the password so i changed it. It was the exactly the same mailadress. When i was logged in i could't see any of my playlist and i didn't follow any artist. What is wrong?? 

I have tried to search if i had another email at that time with premium and all of the lists etc. but spotify can't find any email that i have searched for except for the one that i use now. 

Can anyone help?

One thing you can try to do is to see if any of your playlists ended up in the deleted folder. 

Simply log in to https://www.spotify.com/account/ and navigate to Recover Playlists. Alternatively, you should be able to access it from here: https://www.spotify.com/cy/account/recover-playlists/

If you accidentally deleted any of your playlists, they likely would end up in this space, where it's easy to recover them 🙂

Also, are you still subscribed to premium on the account you're on now? If you accidentally logged into a different account, you can easily verify that this was the case by checking if this is the account you subscribed to premium with. 

One last thought, make sure that you're logging in the same way as before, either with your email or Facebook. There's a small possibility that you changed your log-in method and that this altered something.

Thanks for the answer. I am almost sure that is still the same email where i had premium. i Don't have premium anymore. I tried to search for the few emails i have but it seems that i have only one.

I tried to log out and logged in without facebook. Its the same... no premium and no playlists,

When i try to recover playlist it says that i have not deleted any playslists.
