The best option for you here might be to change your subscription plan back to monthly from the Subscription page, and then purchase an e-card for yourself from this page. Otherwise, you would need to wait until your trial period is up, and be charged the 12 month subscription on the 24th January 2013. 

It's also worth mentioning that if your subscription was left to it's annual setting, you may get another yearly charge in early 2014 if you decide to purchase a gift card.
