Premium account cancelled

When I got my phone I got 6 months of free premium. It ran out the other week, so I decided to stay on, and added the monthly cost to my phone bill. It was cancelled today, and my phone company doesn't know why. Any help?

We'd recommend getting in touch with your cellphone company directly to check your subscription status as they're the ones handling it for you.
