Premium account not working

Premium account not working

I have just upgraded to a premium account but it is not working on my laptop for some reason so I was wondering if any one could help or tell me how long it will take to be resolved because I am paying money for something that is not working?

Hi there, welcome to the commuity 🙂

 

Please could you try logging out then in? It normally updates instantly, but sometimes you need to give it a little jolt 🙂

Hi yeah I have logged out and in again and have deleted the spotifuggle app off my Mac and re dowelled it but the problem now is that it says my premium account is only valid until June 20th yet I only signed up for it on the 18th. Is there anything else I could do to resolve this?
